Course Requirements
- Patient should compulsorily give two postcard size, colored
photographs for "Prayer request healing" at the time of
registration.
- Patient should provide all past records & history of taking any
kind of medicines.
- Patient should provide their correct astral charts, birth dates,
time, place etc.
- Patient should provide their correct family background.
- Patient should agree with the terms & conditions and sign the declaration
and registration form properly in presence of a JST representative.
