2. Does one have to come to India to your center to receive your treatments?


Besides personal meetings, Dr. (Ms.) Doshi even heals people worldwide 'online' with easy consultation and counseling on phone, chat, e-mail or teleconferencing. With little pieces of information or patient details, a person can be healed within a few days miraculously.



3. Can you cure any disease through your treatments?


“Sanjeevani” is a medicine for the treatment of all curable and incurable diseases, with a scientific approach. 4. How long does it take to see results with JS treatments? How long does the treatment last?


With the very first course of treatment, lasting 7 - 21 days, the patient sees signs of positive changes occurring within their body. Usually by the end of the first month of treatment, you can see very obvious changes and cure can be achieved within 3 months to the patient’s satisfaction. Medication effects do depend upon the disease, severity, complexity, regularity of follow-up and continuity with treatment and counseling once the treatment has begun.



5. Can a person continue their daily routine work/job during Jeevan Sanjeevani treatment?


Yes, most people do not need to take time off from work or studies. Certain lifestyle and diet discipline is required during the treatment course. 8. How do you plan to utilize these donations?


These donations are the only source of funds for the Alliance for its future expanding technology and research. These funds are used in JST for its research and development on herbs and natural healthy food supplements for various diseases and social causes. We plan to utilize donations from our grateful and healed patients, for the treatment of those patients who cannot afford to pay the cost of their treatment. 9. What are your future plans for JST?


We have several plans for JST including the creation of a back-up team, more and more R&D on herbs and food supplements, new herbal plant discovery and cultivation, where we train people and send them out on herb hunts, R&D for easily and comfortably curing modern world diseases, creating a dedicated research team. Also, we plan to expand our accounts department to handle worldwide donations and utilize the money to pay for those who cannot bear the cost of their treatment. Call Centers established to maintain regular contact with all our patients. A dispatch department for worldwide delivery of our healthy food supplements. We also plan to hold health camps and de-addiction camps all over the world. 10. Do you only treat sick people in the JST or can healthy people benefit from your treatment as well? If yes, then how?


JST is not only for sick people. Yes, sick people seek JST because they are at critical stage, but JST is also for healthy people. We offer three options care, cure and control. We provide health awareness camps to teach the precautions one needs to take for ongoing good health, such as following healthy routines, diet discipline, lifestyle awareness. People who have tried all “pathies” and have not gotten the results they desired, get results with the JST package. Your daily food does not supply everything you need. Modern food is only taste-based food, not healthy food. In JST we have healthy food supplements that provide your brain the tonic it needs, so you can use to achieve financial success or towards any other pursuit of your interest. With a small intake of various natural food supplements, you can get all important rich herbal sources of nutrients readily. In only 1-3 spoons you can get nutrients not found in usual food. 11. Can your medicines be purchased commercially at health food stores or pharmacies?


No, you cannot buy them at pharmacies or stores. All our supplements are custom-made for each patient. Commercial medicines in the market use stuff that is easily and cheaply available to make them economical. These agents also have to go through many standards and tests. Then people have to like their taste and packaging. Thus you end up with a good looking product, which due to cost-cutting, does not have the purity, power or quality. For example fresh homemade rotis can only be eaten at home, you cannot get them outside because they will not be fresh. You cannot buy fresh rotis at a store. Similarly custom-made, fresh, pure, herbal food supplement with no-cost cutting from JST cannot be purchased outside.



12. How can you accurately diagnose a disease without medical tests?


We take the patient’s help to diagnose their own illness. We ask them what hurts, where it hurts, why it hurts and by and by the patient gains awareness of their disease, symptoms, discomforts and pain level. They tell us what is happening in their life and how it affects their health. “Anything that hurts speaks out.” Knowing why you hurt is very valuable. The patient themselves give all details, then JST experts fully review the case and develop a theme. Some people also get old reports from their allopathic doctors before coming to us. Even if we don’t get any prior reports, we don’t need the names of diseases. Daily habits, routines, background, environment, eating discipline, food habits, sleep habits etc are carefully analyzed by our experts. The first step of our treatment namely, body purification, is always needed. If a certain part of the system does not purify with this first treatment then we know where the defect lies in the body. We then focus on the defective/damaged parts. Gradually we work our way one section at a time. It is an ancient, simple science.



13. What is the purpose of signing a declaration form?


Definitely you need to sign a declaration form. When you join JST, you need to know about it. This is not your regular treatment method; it is a contemporary healing method, very non-traditional, very different. By signing the declaration you become aware of this fact, about how it works, how we cure disease, what are the positive and negative after effects of JST. You become fully ware of treatment consequences in the future. Thus in the future, you should not hold any person responsible for any consequences. 14. Can I tell my friends and family members about all the different treatments/techniques that I am receiving from JST?


Definitely you should. This is an ancient wisdom with modern technology for life and longevity. In the market you can never get such type of products, not now, not ever. You cannot make this treatment into a product. It is an exclusively home-based and custom-made thing. You cannot make it into a product or a readymade thing that you can keep for months together and have whenever you want. Besides, the same medicine is not appropriate for everyone. It is custom-made. If, there is a 4 feet tall man then in JST there is a 4 foot dose, and if there is a 7 feet tall man there is a 7 foot dose. We do not make a 5 ½ feet dose, which is very big for a 3 feet tall person and very small for a 7 feet tall person. Thus, our food supplements are exclusively custom-made and homemade. So, you should definitely tell everybody, and everybody should become aware about this unique healing treatment. The more you have original, natural and genuine things in your life, the more you become alive and can live your life fully.

However, specific details of your individualized treatment should not be discussed with friends and family.



15. What should I do if my treatment prohibits certain spices or foods or junk food, but I get a strong desire to eat the same?


The main point here is “Why do you get the desire?” You have such a strong desire to eat fast food junk food and spices, because there is a fault in your system. You have some kind of a disease, due to which, you are not restful with your present condition. You are not comfortable with your present system. That is why your system needs and craves such type of foods, so that your system gets busy in digesting the food. Because, this type of junk food takes very long to digest and in that process you are get tranquil, sleepy state of dullness. Your brain is not fully functional while digesting this kind of food, and you become dull. So, it is a disease when you have a strong craving towards wrong foods. So, you should do something to heal this kind of disease, rather than asking your expert, to give you medicines to make you crave more. It is a wrong way to see the situation. So, you really should do something, so that your craving mind gets transformed and, you start liking the right fresh and healthy food entering into your system. The more oxygenated food you take into your system, the more pure and fresh you will look. But, if you have more stale food, more carbon-dioxide will form in your system, and you will look dull and depressed. Because, the system is acidic, you will crave acidic foods. If, the system is alkaline, you will like alkaline food. So, we make every effort to make your system alkaline, so that you can start living a right, balanced and rhythmic life.



16. Why can I not eat certain types of food when undergoing treatment for my illnesses?


Definitely you cannot have both these things together. Certain foods as determined by your JST expert are poisonous for your health. If you continue to intake these detrimental foods, then on one hand you are taking amrit (nectar of life i.e. JST herbal food supplements) and on the other hand you are taking poison. Thus, you end up taking beneficial herbal food supplements and simultaneously ingesting certain foods that nullify its effects. So, you cannot do both things. This is like taking a step forward and a step backwards, so you are getting nowhere.



17. What will happen if I do happen to eat a prohibited food during my treatment? Will my treatment end or will it completely fail?


The treatment won’t fail, but it will reduce the benefits. What you could have benefited within 7 days, it will now take you more than15 days, because all the power of the medicine will be wasted in fighting the adverse effects of the prohibited food.



18. Do you have an emergency line or contact number in case a true emergency arises during my treatment?


If, any true emergency arises, you should consult your family doctor or get admitted directly to the intensive care unit. JST is not for quick first aid and emergency cases. In case of an urgent need for first aid and in emergency cases, you should seek treatment in a hospital with ICU facilities. And once you get back to normal condition, come to JST. Because, we believe that a patient should come in walking and leave more energetic i.e. running, after JST treatment.



19. Would you say that Dr. Zarana is God, since she has worked miracles in so many peoples’ lives?


Yes, of course, she is living Godliness. Rather than putting any identities or labeling anyone as “God”, we like to think of it such that, once you work well with JST, and once the treatment works for you, it is nothing short of experiencing Godliness in your life. So, you are definitely going to experience Godliness, once you work well with JST.



20. Is there a Jeevan Sanjeevani Trust hospital or center where I can get admitted for treatment?


In JS we do not call it a hospital rather we call it a wellness center. You come well and leave feeling even better. So, it is a health-care center or a wellness center or a good-health resort/spa. The best part is that it exists in your own house. Once you get counseled by the JST expert, you start living life with full discipline, in a full manner, in the way that your JST expert shows you. You start practicing living “jeevan” with “sanjeevan”. Not your ordinary life, but one filled with more joy, more happiness and the knowledge of jeevansanjeevani. Once the JST expert counsels you, you start living it. So, it lies within you, wherever you are JS is with you on the field in your life.



21. If I am recommended certain treatments by the JST team, but am unable to afford the cost of such treatments what happens?


If, you are unable to afford the cost of the treatment then whatever portion of the cost you are capable of bearing you do, and the rest is taken care of by the accounts department. Since, we only charge the actual cost of the treatment without any profit margin, we are not making any profits from your treatment. Any donations received by JST go to the accounts department, so that we can take care of those who are unable to pay the charges of their treatment. So, if you cannot afford the treatment, your case is presented by JST experts to donors who can donate money for the remainder of your treatment. If, you cannot afford charges of the treatment, you just have to fill out the donation form and our accounts department will take care of it for you. Thus we can manage the cost of your whole treatment package for you. You can also give us names of donors, if you have anyone in mind. We will approach them and ask them to join JST, where they can offer his donations.



22. What can I do, so that I never again need medicines in my life and stay healthy?


With the right food supplements, right sources of food and the right life style combined with healthy daily routines, you can maintain your good health. In JST we never say we are providing medicines. If, you stop committing sins, you will need no medicines. So, once you get the knowledge of where you are committing sins in day-to-day life, you have to take precautions against them and then, you never again have to take any medicines in your life.



23. Do you provide any services to help us maintain a healthy, balanced diet?


There are many counseling services and health camps available to you once you get connected with JST. Your JST expert will tell you about many unique services such as – diet designing, prayer healing, health camps, meditations, and astrochart counseling. With all these special, customized services, you can lead your life in a balanced and harmonious way.



24. Do you hold any of your health camps or seminars outside India?


We can conduct our health camps wherever you want in the world. With the minimum requirement of a group of 50-100 people, and a good venue/hall, we can hold these health camps inside or outside India. All the monetary aspects, transportation, accommodations and expenses should be taken care of by the organizer, and our expert will generously donate their time, knowledge and energy without charging any teaching fees. Whatever donations are offered by the devotees at these camps, we will gratefully accept. Thus, we can continue to offer this service all over the world on a no-profit, no-loss, cost to cost basis.



25. If I am taking other medicines do I need to stop them when I start your treatment?


Our natural herbal food supplements are not medicines. So, you may continue taking your allopathic medicines, but soon you will find a change. Allopathic medicines are not the final cure, it only temporarily suppresses the symptoms, does not cure it as people believe it does. So, in order to get cured, you have to take help of JS, because in JS we are not just curing symptoms we are curing the root cause. So, for your psychological satisfaction, you may continue to take allopathic medicines, we don’t mind that, but as soon as you get cured you won’t need to take any medicines, so gradually you can drop them. By the time you get cured you can drop the allopathic medicines.



26. If my problem gets cured completely and I still have some JS medicines left over can someone else with a similar problems use my leftover medicines?


No, you cannot. This is a custom-made medicine. The medicine was made for you and not for anyone else.. We are dealing on a one-to-one basis and not on mass basis with our treatments. We believe in class and not mass. We are not here to make any product and we do not have any readymade products for a given disease. For example: If you have a cold, the cold medicine for you is not the same as the cold medicine for another person. In Allopathy, one cold medicine is the same for all. In JST, it is not like that. We believe that there are about 20-22 different reasons for a cold. If, one person has a cold, based on his body system, we may give him medicine for warmth. Another patient’s cold may be treated with cold medicine, and a third person’s cold may be treated with medicine for their blood. So, one person’s medicine cannot be and should not be used by another.



27. How many days in advance do we place an order with you for medicines?


We provide truly and totally custom-made individualized medicine. Hence, it may take 15 days to 1 month to prepare your medicines. That is why JST does not work for emergency situations and critical situations, because we only use farm-fresh herbals. We do not buy our materials directly from the market. We only use natural and wild-crafted herbs. We do not use any readymade herbs available from the market. That is why it takes time to travel from the remote areas of the forests to the city. So, this cannot be an instant process. Also, we do not keep any readymade medicines with us, hence they are not readily available at a moment’s notice.



28. Do your medicines have to kept in the refrigerator, since they don’t have preservatives, extracts, etc. How will they survive outside at room temperature?


No, there is no need to keep them in the refrigerator. Our supplements are usually prescribed for a definite period of time. It is a package valid for 15 days, 1 month or 2 months. So, after that time frame, we take a follow-up with you, and if we need to, we can change the dosage and the supplements, so there is no need to refrigerate them. It is for that particular period only. If, we say the medicine is for 15 days then it should be consumed within 15 days, because after 15 days it may deteriorate. Being natural, it may lose it’s value/potency. A thing which is fresh for 15 days should be consumed within 15 days only, since, there are no preservatives in it. So, if you keep it in the fridge, it will get stale and lose its power.



29. Do you have a list or records of all the people who have benefitted from JST treatment?


There are thousands of people who have benefitted from JST treatment worldwide, and it impossible to maintain all records of all these people. Many of these patients had failed multiple treatments from everywhere in the world, and then came to JST and got tremendous benefit from this treatment.



30. Do your medicines ever cause any reaction or allergy?


Definitely not, our supplements are purely natural. You could have allergic reaction to a banana or some other food item, but not to our pure food supplements. Because, it a pure, natural, farm-fresh, genuine thing allergic reactions are impossible. You cannot have allergy to these medicines. In fact, if you have commercial/marketed products you will get allergy. With our food supplements, there are no side effects, no harm, no allergy, nothing



31. Do your medicines provide instant relief like allopathic medicines?


No there is nothing instant in JST. It is a science, not a miracle. It will take time. It will take time for your body to get settled with the supplements because it is a rich and pure source of nutrients, and your body is only used to impure things. So, your body takes time to stabilize with these supplements and the more your body gets purified the more the supplements have an impact on your system. But, the purification takes time and only then the supplement shows its effects. That is why instant effect is always harmful. Allopathy gives fast effects in the fast life, which is never good. Grass that grows quickly, dies down quickly also. We move slowly. It will take 7-10 days to see effects and slowly and gradually it will cure permanently. With allopathy, it shows effects instantly, but it does not cure anything. It just suppresses the symptom. That is why it shows instant effects. There is nothing miraculous about JS treatments it is a science. So “sasta roye bar bar mahenga roye ek bar.” So allopathic medicines are a lot cheaper. They are all chemical compositions, synthetic and non-natural products, hence they are harmful and have side effects. Just think about this, if you drink a synthetic chemical like milk instead of real milk what benefit can you get. So, allopathy is good option for a cheap class of people, who cannot bear the cost of medicines But JS is for royal people and rich people, who have money to invest in their precious health. Another example, would be if you don’t have money to buy oranges, then for pennies you can buy an orange-like chemical juice and you can trick your mind that you had an orange. But, if you have the money, then why would you spend it on the chemical juice, when you can have fresh juice. But of course, fresh juice is costly and chemical juice is very cheap. Chemical juice is Rs. 5 / packet and fresh juice is at least Rs. 25/ glass. So that is the difference between cheap instant allopathy and genuine, long-lasting JST treatments.



32. What is different about your treatment?


Our treatment is different in that, everyone else has a care and not a cure. Some allopathic medicines can control but not cure. But we have cures. That is the biggest difference. If, you really want authentic healing for your disease, you are bound to take JST treatment. Otherwise, you will just continue to fool yourself with different products and different “pathies”. But, if you want permanent cure and permanent relief and you want to understand your life, your health system then JS is the perfect thing for you.



33. What if I want to learn all your healing techniques?


You will have to devote 10-15 years or more in training with a JST expert and that way you can learn the JST healing techniques.



34. Do you have any franchises?


No we do not have any franchises. This is not an entrepreneurship or a profit-making company or a multinational corporation, that will give you a commission to expand its profit-making business. It is a noble service being given to humankind from our ancient healing arts for health, good life and longevity. So, it is a noble service and everyone has to devote their whole life to it, so that we can make this world a better place. It is not a profit-making company, so that we can give out franchises. There could be many experts, who can learn this art, and spread this message and there could be many centers around the world, but never any franchises, it is not a money-making business.



35. Suppose I start the medicines, but then if I have to go to parties or out of town and eat outside food, how can I do that?


That is why JST treatment has been made using a combination of ancient wisdom with modern medicine. We have taken into account the modern lifestyle that people want to live and the modern diseases they are concerned about and made a package where people can enjoy both worlds together. The diseases, which are created due to the fast-paced, modern life, get healed by these jeevansanjeevani remedies. So, whatever life you want to live you should have your health. 36. Whatever things we are told to stop or avoid during treatment, do we need to follow those restrictions lifelong?


Again you are asking will I be restricted for sometime and after that will I start craving the same things again. As I said before, craving the wrong things is a disease. Once that disease is healed you are not going to crave that same thing again and again. So, there is no need to ask, if I have to keep myself restricted for a lifetime. Once you are on the right path, your life will be on the right path. You are totally de-addicted from all the wrong things after successful completion of JST treatments. So, you will not be required to forcefully obey any restrictions. Those things will come naturally to you. Those good things become your habits by and by. So, you are not going to forcefully or stressfully put yourself in a discipline.



37. So does this mean that will have to become a sanyasi?


No. You will be leading a good life with good health. You are not going to renounce anything. JS is not a spiritual discipline. There is a spiritual branch. We do not take the aspect of spiritual in JS. JS is for social and simple living and not for renouncing anything. When you give up your addictions, it doesn’t mean that you are a sanyasi. You want good health, that is why you stopped taking in all the wrong things, that malfunction your body. This does not mean that you become a sanyasi. To become a sanyasi, you give up your physical body for a spiritual cause, so that you can get acquainted with your soul, but here we are not getting acquainted with the soul. Here we are concentrating on a good body and good overall health - mental, emotional and physical. Once you are balanced mentally, physically and emotionally, then you can delve into the spiritual aspect. If, you wish you can then turn into a sanyasi, but we are not here to make any sanyasis. Here we are designing a good healthy life. A healthy machine for healthy life. That healthy machine may choose to fulfill any of its desires. Either you can become sanyasi or continue with whatever it is that you do in your daily routine. You can earn money,,get married, raise your children, meet with your friends, travel around the world, whatever you want to do you can do. You can live a normal, healthy life.



38. Do you have a book about your diet designing that we can buy and follow?


Again there can be no such book. A Book is an average information for everybody. JS functions on a one-to-one basis. Whatever is right for one, may be wrong for another. All JST counseling is done on a one-on-one basis. What is good for one, may be bad for another. So, there cannot be an average information for all. We do not work on averages, we work on customized plans. Whatever you are told and taught is unique for you, and does not apply to everyone. So, you can make a book for yourself, but this book cannot be for everyone.



39. Whatever restrictions you make us follow will they interfere with the teachings of my religion?


If I wrote one single book, it could be applicable to one religion but not another. But, our treatments are custom-made and designed according to your religion, your customs, your lifestyle, your beliefs. Hence, you are not going to lose anything. You are not going to lose your religion, your people, you faith. That is where the beauty of this art lies. Whoever you are, we do not disturb your comfort level. And, without disturbing your comfort level you can still select all those things that help you lead a better life. That is our goal. We are not here to convert your religion, your beliefs or any such thing. Here we are not creating a new spiritual dilemma, neither are we developing a new caste system or a new tradition, new religion or trying to convert you from your religion to our religion. Rather whatever you are in society, whatever your culture, your caste, we give you the best science, so that you can live healthily with your people, while practicing your religion.



40. If I don’t have any particular disease and I am taking supplements for general health, can other people also take the same supplements for health since we all eat together?


We do not provide you with any average formulas. Whatever is good for you, cannot be good for your spouse or your children. Our treatments are customized so as not to disturb your daily routines..If you have some disease or some malfunction in your body, then we may ask that you cut out some things from your daily routine, and you may need to cook separate food for yourself. This you will need to do while your treatment is in progress. But if you are healthy and everything is well then you can continue your usual routines with our health supplements.



41. Are the prices of Jeevan Sanjeevani customized treatment supplements fixed for various diseases? Are your prices negotiable?


Our prices can never be fixed. They are bound to vary due to various different factors listed below
- Availability of the necessary purest, natural ingredients
- Transportation of these ingredients from sometimes very remote areas (deep forests, deep seas) via foot by tribals, land, or air, depending on need and speed of therapy requested by the client
- Volume of the order – Depends on the number of people ordering similar supplements. That is, if only one person needs the supplement the cost is high whereas if a whole group of people is ordering in bulk at about the same time, the cost of acquiring, transporting, and preparing the supplement is then distributed amongst all the people who have placed an order in that batch of medicine.
- Customized, purely home-made and truly hand-made supplements are prepared fresh from scratch each time an order is placed – nothing is branded, and nothing is obtained in local markets for cheap.
- Our supplements contain no No pesticides, No alcohol, No chemicals, No intoxicants, No adulteration, No side effects, No animal extracts, No preservatives No artificial flavours, No artificial colours, No extra fat, No dairy products, No yeast, No hormones, No gluten and no added sugar.

42. Can we cancel our order for a supplement after placing it and expect a refund? Can I expect a refund if my medicine goes bad?


NO. Since, your food supplement is highly customized for your needs, body type, disease state and health, no one else can use it. Hence, once an order is placed it is full and final with no refunds regardless of the time it takes to prepare your food supplements. Your must accept your order even if it arrives late. These supplements have to be consumed quickly as recommended by your JST representative, because we never use any preservatives or alcohol or other agents to extend shelf-life at the cost of your life. If you live far away and your medication gets spoilt due to prolonged transportation time that is not our responsibility either. If, your medication is lost or stolen in transit, it is also not our responsibility. We do not replace any supplements that get spoilt or lost in transit. We do not refund any charges for lost or damaged supplements in transit. We take every possible precaution to provide purest products in high quality packaging with reliable shipping for your very precious supplements , but we cannot guarantee anything untoward won’t happen to it after it leaves our hands.



43. Do you keep a good profit margin while preparing my JST supplements?


NO. Our products themselves are expensive by nature as explained above. We at JST have devoted our lives to healing, reviving, rejuvenating and curing one single person at a time. Usually our patients who complete our recommended treatments with appropriate discipline in diet and lifestyle end up feeling so much better, healed, cured, and so very grateful , that they whole-heartedly devote themselves by way of time, money, space, and other forms of donation. They share and spread our knowledge and good work. Such gratitude-filled contributions from our patients are all the profit we ever need and are looking for. By resurrecting one human being at a time we impact their families, social circles, and the world as whole. There can be no bigger profit/margin than that.



44. Do you use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging for your products?


Not yet. In order to maintain freshness and purity of our products we still rely on plastic and other such packaging material. We continue to discover safer and safer alternatives everyday that can maintain the freshness and purity of your supplements and still be eco-friendly and safe for our environment. We also have to use plastic wrappers/ aluminium foils in some of our packaging, but as we keep researching new techniques and options. We expect this to change in the future.
